Refund Policy

At OnCue Audio, we strive to provide the highest quality audio assets and equipment. Because of the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products (Sample Packs, Presets, Software)

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. Once a download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you receive a corrupted file or experience technical issues, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement link or a corrected version of the product.

2. Physical Hardware & Merchandise

If you have purchased physical goods such as audio gear, cables, or apparel, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your OnCue Audio subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue with a digital order, please email our support team at [Insert Email Address]. Include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue. For physical goods, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
