Our Silver Tier is engineered for the gigging DJ who is starting to take their gear out of the home studio. It bridges the gap by upgrading your theft protection to cover you on the move and adding coverage for physical accidents (like drops and knocks), while keeping your operational downtime to an absolute minimum.
Note: This tier includes internal hardware health, transit theft, and accidental physical impacts capped up to £250. Liquid damage, spills, and moisture ingress are strictly excluded from this plan.
What’s Included:
💥 Accidental Physical Damage (Capped at £250): Accidents happen when loading in and out of venues. You are covered for sudden physical impacts, accidental drops, or structural damage (like cracked casings or snapped knobs) up to £250 per year. (Note: Strictly excludes any liquid or spill-related damage).
✅ Mechanical & Electrical Breakdown: If your faders start bleeding, your buttons lose their "click," or your internal circuitry fails, we’ve got you. We cover the cost of professional repairs for any non-accidental hardware malfunctions.
🛡️ On-The-Move Theft Protection: Upgraded from Bronze. Your gear isn't just covered at home or in the studio; Silver extends your theft protection to cover your controller while in transit to and from a gig venue (subject to standard security requirements).
🛠️ Express UK Workshop Access: Don't get left without gear for weeks. Silver members get bumped up the queue for faster repair turnaround times in our specialist Pioneer FLX workshop, using only genuine factory parts.
